Next time you're at Sports Authority, walk past this brand, and go for something (anything) different. Have several other shoes and boots, but only want to wear these. Bought some sandals and am happy with them as well. The boots are of a waste of money IMO and whoever is currently making them is deceiving their customers by using a well known established brand name and giving zero customer support.
